July 15, 2023 Fort Lauderdale Inshore Fishing Report Bait and snook everywhere! It’s all about the Pilchards right now with thick schools covering the beaches and inlet. Tarpon are feeding a little lower in the water column on these baits and the bite has been steady all week. Drifting large baits in the inlet and pitching under docks has been the ticket to quality fish. The snook bite has been nonstop with schoolie sized fish and few slots in between, bucktails at the bridge at night is the trick and is producing on a nightly basis. step up your tackle get that jig just up off the bottom and hold on!
